February 2023 Class
As a scuba diver I always get excited by any sets which incorporate the sea, so the Seaside Bay suite was not exception. I’ve used the suite to create some different level of technical skill which everyone will be able to achieve during the class.
The class is inspired by a training session I attended with Susan who runs Craftyduckydoodah
It’s one of the great parts of being in the Stampin Up! Family, if you are running low on ideas or time a fellow demonstrator is always there to help with ideas and get your creativity going.
The first card is a simple stamping card which can be created quickly, but still looks effective and can easily make a set of note cards to gift. It’s simple and could be used as a sympathy card as easily as a birthday card by changing the sentiment used.
The second card is a bit more complex with a balmy blue mat layer and a blending brush element. Although I have stamped a sympathy sentiment, it could easily be used as a birthday or thank you card. Embellishing further with jewels or ribbon instead of jute can lift the card to a more celebratory feel.
The third card is a fancy fold slide lock card. The square element of stamped birds and shells on the front is the piece which holds the card closed.
