Ocean Wave Valentine card

 I was inspired by Erin Bradley-Hindman, who created a love heart using Blue Foil Card and Waves Dies, and used the heart to create my valentines card this year.  I loved the you're totally awesome sentiment in the Waves of Inspiration stamp set.  I like that the stamp has mixed fonts.  It's not easily seen in the image, but I have used some retired glitter red card to make the mat for the card front as well as for the hearts.  After stampin the sentiment I uses my snips to cut it out, cause we don't always need to use a die.

The smaller heart in the middle is a punch.  Raising it all off the card mat using dimensionals gives definition to the card front

I used an embossing folder to add texture to the card front and Red rhinestones.

My next mission has to be working on my photography skills to fully show the beauty of the glitter papers and rhinestones.
